It's been a while! I've been busy creating a whole new program on how to celebrate life (from A to Z)! I'm so excited to share the first part of the series with you: how to show appreciation. Feel free to share this with friends! The more, the merrier! Enjoy!

 One way I mention showing appreciation is my expressing your admiration to a friend. Here's how I express admiration to my friend Turtle!

Another way to show appreciation to a person, place or thing is by writing a poem. Here's a sample poem of appreciation to my friend Forest!

 

Also, please feel free to print out the takeaway acrostic template to write poems of appreciation to all your friends. 

If you do one or all of these activities of appreciation everyday to someone special or even strangers, you will experience life-changing effects immediately! Isn't that great?!

Be Friends with Nature!

Hello my dear friends!

It's been a while. I started meditating one day and never came back to Earth. But now I'm back, and I sure am glad I'm here with you again. It's important to remain present and aware sometimes. But more on that another time...

Anyway, I've made another Moon Sky sermon, but this time outdoors and with all my friends in Nature! I want to encourage you to continue your journeys adventuring into Nature even when some paths have ended.
